Cotton Ginning & Pressing
Our flagship division. Raw kapas is graded on arrival, ginned on modern double-roller gins, and pressed into export-standard bales on hydraulic presses. Strict floor discipline keeps contamination out and staple integrity in — the reason our bales command repeat buyers.
- Fully pressed bales of approx. 170 kg, consistent density
- Controlled moisture and trash content, lot-wise records

- Clean cottonseed routed directly to our own oil mill
Cottonseed Oil Mill
Vertical integration at work: cottonseed from our own ginning line is expeller-pressed in-house into wash-grade cottonseed oil and protein-rich oil cake. Because we control the seed, we control the quality — full traceability from bale to drum.
- Expeller-pressed cottonseed (wash) oil for refiners
- High-protein cottonseed cake for the cattle-feed trade
- Lot-wise FFA and moisture testing before despatch
- Supply in tankers, drums or as per buyer requirement
Haldi (Turmeric) Factory
Serving Maharashtra's celebrated turmeric belt, our haldi unit boils, dries and polishes farm-fresh rhizomes into bright, high-curcumin fingers. Hygienic processing and careful grading make our haldi a ready pick for spice traders, grinders and exporters.
- Steam-boiled, sun-dried and machine-polished fingers
